i enjoyed today's trg(:
whoa, pigs can fly.
medicine ball and jumps,
sure muscle ache all over tmr de.
BUT I LIKE MEDICINE BALL!

cause its like quite fun even though damn aching,
and i like the feeling of throwing the netball after practicing with the medicine ball,
cause the netball will feel super light!(:
