help out 4 sec 4 NAPFA today.
stationed at sit n reach.
then after tat go watch our seniors n team mates train.
they were all complainin abt how hot the weather was n trg damn tough.
poor thing la.
at least i helped by refilling their tumblers???
its better than nothing wat.
furthermore, its a pretty important job lor(:
i feel super kinda weird n bad 4 not joining in trg.
dunno why.
is it cose i scared next trg cannot catch up??
